Installation – step by step
- Click the Download installer button above.
- Download the installation file and run it.
- A standard installation dialog opens. Verify publisher Visentio s.r.o..
- Press Install and wait for completion. The app installs per-user (no admin rights needed).
- Launch: find Vidra in Start Menu (recent apps) after installation.
- Selection of data: In the top area of the login window choose which data you want to connect to. If you choose data you don't have access to, Vidra will inform you that you have invalid credentials.
- Login: enter the credentials you chose when activating your account.
If you did not receive an activation email, but you know that you have an account, fill in your login name and click "Forgot password". - First launch may take longer – initialization in progress.
